Information and Guidelines for Exhibitors for 2009

The 2009 Workshop location remains at: The Woodlands Waterway Marriott and Convention Center in The Woodlands, Texas. This is just a short drive north of Houston (30 minutes drive from the International Airport).

  • Booth Price includes: Side and Back Draping, (1) one line 7" x 44" ID sign, (1) 6' draped table and two side chairs, (1) 110 Volt 60 Hertz Power Outlet, and two complimentary exhibitor registrations per 10 x 10 space. The exhibitor registration will allow attendance to the technical sessions and includes up to two copies of the proceedings. Additional copies can be purchased separately at the event.
     
  • Shipping and receiving and handling charges are the responsibility of the Exhibitor.
     
  • No outside visitors or non-registered co-workers are allowed to view the exhibits. Only those wearing ESP Workshop participant or exhibitor badges will be allowed into the exhibit area and security will be present to enforce this. If you do have a customer / co-worker wanting to visit the exhibit area and not attend the full workshop, they might want to take advantage of the one-day registrations that will be offered at the Registration Desk.
     
  • Exhibitors are required to set up on Tuesday, April 28th and have their booths completed by 5:00pm in time for the Pre-Registration Cocktail party to be held that evening in the exhibit area.
     
  • Exhibitors can begin to dismantle booths starting at 12:00 noon on Friday, May 1st. Exhibit area must be vacated by 6:00 pm that same day.
     
  • After the deadline for Exhibit Space registration (January 30th), you will receive the room layout to choose your location. This will be done in the order the registration forms and payment in full are received. The exhibit area will be configured differently than prior years to give everyone as much exposure as possible. The exhibit hall at this facility is large enough to hold all the meals (breakfast / lunch) and the cocktail parties in the center with booth space around the periphery of the room.
     
  • SPE International will handle all exhibitor registration and payments.
